- 1 cupof cornmeal
- 1 1/2 cupof milk
- 1/2 cupof coconut milk
- 2 cupsof water
- 1/12 cupof nutmeg
- 1/12 cupof mixed spice
- 1/12 cupof cinnamon
- 1/8 cupof vanilla
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 2/7 cupof brown sugar
- 1/4 cupof sweet condensed milk
Take a bowl and add the cornmeal and milk and whisk.
Take a pot, add 2 cups of water and put it over medium heat.
Add some coconut milk and bring the mixture to a boil.
Add the cornmeal and milk mixture and whisk a little bit over low heat.
When the porridge is thick, add some more milk.
Add a little bit of nutmeg, mixed spice, cinnamon, salt, sugar, condensed milk, and vanilla and whisk.
Cook for ten more minutes. Enjoy!
