Jamaican Banana Porridge

  • 1/4 cupof coconut cream
  • 1 cupof bananas
  • 2/3 cupof milk
  • 1/5 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/20 cupof mix spices
  • 1/20 cupof vanilla
  • 1/20 cupof salt
  • 1/20 cupof nutmeg
  • 1/2 cupof condensed milk


  1. Take a blender and put cut banana, coconut cream and milk in it and blend for 5 to 6 minutes.

  2. Take a medium-size pot and fill it with a little bit of water. Bring it to a boil and add your banana mixture. Add a little bit of milk. Put a piece of the cinnamon. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes. While cooking, add a little bit more milk. Add a pinch of mixed spice, a pinch of vanilla, a pinch of salt, a pinch of grated nutmeg, some condensed milk. Whisk the ingredients. Add a little bit more of vanilla.
