- 4 cupsof bananas
- 1/4 cupof sugar
- 1 cupof plain flour
- 1/12 cupof vanilla
- 1/12 cupof cinnamon
- 1/12 cupof mixed spice
- 1/12 cupof grated nutmeg
- 1/12 cupof salt
- 1/2 cupof oil
Remove the skin of your bananas and add to a bowl.
Take a fork and crush your bananas.
Add 4 tablespoons of sugar and give it a little whisk.
Add the flour and stir.
Add the vanilla, cinnamon, mixed spice, nutmeg, and salt and stir.
Take a frying pan, add the oil and put it over medium size heat.
Use a spoon to add the fritters and fry them for about 5 minutes on each side or until ready.
Put the fritters on a napkin to remove the oil. Enjoy!
