Italian Pizza Dough

  • 8 cupsof flour
  • 1/2 cupof yeast
  • 3 cupsof water
  • 1/8 cupof sugar
  • 1/8 cupof olive oil
  • 1/8 cupof salt
  • 1 cupof beer


  1. Mix 2 envelopes of yeast with warm water. Then, add a little bit of sugar and put it aside.

  2. Then, mix two and a half cup of water with olive oil. Then, add some salt and Crisco baking sticks.

  3. Take a mixer and mix together flour with yeast mixture. Add yeast little by little. Add 1 bottle of beer to the mixture as well. Then, add Crisco mixture. If you feel that it is not enough of flour, add some more little by little. Thatís it, the dough is ready. Roll it into a ball and cut for four separate balls. Put the dough into warm place and let it rise. Have a nice pizza!
