- 1/4 cupof grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cupof parsley
- 2/3 cupof white onion
- 1/10 cupof garlic
- 2 cupsof ground beef
- 1/2 cupof bread crumbs
- 1 cupof sandwich bread
- 2 cupsof tomato sauce
- 1/10 cupof black pepper
Chop parsley and white onion.
Take a bowland mix there parsley, onion and beef.
Add bread crumbs, garlic and parmesan cheese.
Next, add egg and mix everything well.
Shape the mixture into the balls and put them into baking sheet.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Take a sandwich bread.
Take a pan and put there tomato sauce. Season it with black pepper, dried basil and salt.
When the meatballs are cooked, put them into tomato sauce and let them simmer for 10 minutes.
Then, put meatballs on top of the bread and add cheese. Press the sandwich and enjoy!
