  • 2 cupsof ramen
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1/7 cupof ginger
  • 1/4 cupof baby carrots
  • 1/5 cupof scallions
  • 2 cupsof Chinese cabbage
  • 1/4 cupof shrimps
  • 1/3 cupof mushrooms
  • 1/2 cupof ground pork
  • 1/5 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/7 cupof peanut oil


  1. Take a pan, add some water and bring it to a boil. Add your ramen. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Cut a clove of garlic, ginger, baby carrots, scallions, Chinese cabbage and 4 shrimps. Strain your ramen.

  3. Take a frying pan and put it on a high heat. Add a tablespoon of peanut oil. Add your garlic and ginger. Next, add you ground pork. In 10 or 15 seconds add your carrots. Stir. Then, add your mushrooms. Stir well for 10 to 15 seconds. Add your shrimps. Stir. Now, add your Chinese cabbage. Stir well. Add your scallion and ramen. Stir well.
