- 2 cupsof bacon
Cut the bacon into one inch pieces. Heat a saute pan over medium-high flame. Your pan is heated properly if water beats as it sprinkles over. Add the bacon to the dry pan. Move it around a bit to distribute in an even layer. Stir the bacon around occasionally and cook until it is brown and crispy about 7 minutes. When it is golden brown and delicious looking, spoon it out onto a plate lined with a paper towel.
Pour the bacon fat into a jar and store it in your fridge.
