  • 5 cupsof oxtails
  • 1/7 cupof curry powder
  • 1/7 cupof oxtail seasoning
  • 1/7 cupof all-purpose seasoning
  • 1/10 cupof paprika
  • 1/5 cupof green onion
  • 1/5 cupof white onion
  • 1/20 cupof fresh thyme
  • 1/7 cupof garlic


  1. Take your oxtails and sprinkle them with curry powder, oxtail seasoning, all-purpose seasoning and paprika.

  2. Next, chop some green onion and white onion and add as well. Add a pinch of fresh thyme.

  3. Then, crash three gloves of garlic and cut it well. Add to your oxtails.

  4. Put on your gloves and mix all your ingredients and put in a fridge for about 24 hours.
