- 5 cupsof pork
- 1/10 cupof paprika
- 1/10 cupof all-purpose seasoning
- 1/12 cupof black pepper
- 1/7 cupof vegetable oil
- 1/10 cupof Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1/4 cupof spring onion
- 1/7 cupof fresh thyme
- 1/4 cupof white onion
- 1/10 cupof garlic
Take a big mixing bowl and put your pork in it.
Sprinkle with some paprika, all-purpose seasoning and black pepper.
Pour in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add some Jamaican jerk seasoning.
Chop some spring onion, fresh thyme, white onion and garlic and add them to your mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients well with your hands.
Put the bowl into the fridge for about 24 hours.
