- 4 cupsof chicken legs
- 1/10 cupof chicken seasoning
- 1/10 cupof paprika
- 1/10 cupof all-purpose seasoning
- 1/10 cupof dry thyme
- 1/10 cupof grounded pimento
- 1/10 cupof Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1/5 cupof white onion
- 1/5 cupof green onion
- 1/7 cupof fresh thyme
- 1/10 cupof garlic
- 1/2 cupof scotch bonnet pepper
- 1/5 cupof vegetable oil
Put your chicken legs into a plate and sprinkle with chicken seasoning, paprika, all-purpose seasoning, grounded pimento and dry thyme.
Add some Jamaican jerk seasoning.
Next, add some cut white onion, cut green onion, cut fresh thyme.
Crash 3 cloves, chop them and add to your chicken plate.
Slice a scotch bonnet pepper to your plate and add some vegetable oil.
Put on the gloves and mix all the ingredients.
Cook your chicken in an oven or on a grill. Enjoy!
