- 1 cupof spring onions
- 1 cupof white onions
- 1/2 cupof fresh thyme
- 1/2 cupof garlic
- 1/7 cupof paprika
- 1/7 cupof chicken seasoning
- 1/7 cupof all-purpose seasoning
- 1/7 cupof pepper
- 1/7 cupof thyme
- 1/7 cupof coriander
- 1/7 cupof mixed herbs
- 50 cupsof chicken washed in lemon juice
- 1/5 cupof jerk seasoning
- 1/4 cupof vegetable oil
Add your seasonings into your chicken box.
Add the chopped spring onions, chopped white onions, cut garlic, fresh thyme, 4 spoons of jerk seasoning and some vegetable oil.
Mix all your ingredients well with your hands.
Put your chicken into a fridge for about 24 hours.
