Ingredients

  • 1 cupof spring onions
  • 1 cupof white onions
  • 1/2 cupof fresh thyme
  • 1/2 cupof garlic
  • 1/7 cupof paprika
  • 1/7 cupof chicken seasoning
  • 1/7 cupof all-purpose seasoning
  • 1/7 cupof pepper
  • 1/7 cupof thyme
  • 1/7 cupof coriander
  • 1/7 cupof mixed herbs
  • 50 cupsof chicken washed in lemon juice
  • 1/5 cupof jerk seasoning
  • 1/4 cupof vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Add your seasonings into your chicken box.

  2. Add the chopped spring onions, chopped white onions, cut garlic, fresh thyme, 4 spoons of jerk seasoning and some vegetable oil.

  3. Mix all your ingredients well with your hands.

  4. Put your chicken into a fridge for about 24 hours.
