- 1 cupof butter
- 3/4 cupof sugar
- 1/2 cupof eggs
- 1 3/4 cupof flour
- 1/10 cupof vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cupof powdered sugar
- 1/4 cupof egg white
- 1/5 cupof lemon juice
- 1/10 cupof food coloring
Take bowl and add mix together your butter and sugar.
Stir the ingredients until your achieve a homogenous mixture.
Next, add the egg and a tablespoon of vanilla extract. Stir the ingredients well.
Sift the flour and add little by little to the wet mixture while stirring.
Put the while mass of dough on your table.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough until it is approximately one centimeter thick.
Use cookie cutters to cut out the cookies.
Bake your cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes.
To make the royal glaze, take a bowl and add your egg white.
Add the lemon juice and powdered sugar bit by bit as you beat the egg white.
Using food coloring, color the glaze as you please.
Trace the desired shapes on the cookies with the royal glaze.
Mix the royal glaze with a bit of water to make it a bit more liquid.
Fill the outlined shapes with the liquid glaze. Enjoy!
