- 1/4 cupof onion
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof garlic
- 1/3 cupof dried chili
- 4 cupsof white hominy
- 2 cupsof pork
Cut the pork and put it into a huge pot.
Turn the heat on high, add salt, onion, and garlic and pour the water.
Cook the meat for 30 minutes - it should be soft.
In a small pot, boil dried chili with garlic until they are fully softened.
When they are soft, blend them.
Next, take white hominy and pour it into the pot with pork.
Take a sieve and pour blended chili through it into the meat.
Leave it to boil and then wait until it is cold.
If it is needed add more salt.
