- 1 cupof napa cabbage
- 1/4 cupof garlic
- 1/3 cupof ginger
- 1/2 cupof Coarse red pepper powder
Take a napa cabbage and cut it. Then, put it into the bowl and salt it very well. Leave it for an hour, the salt will remove the water.
