- 1 cupof fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/7 cupof oil
- 1/10 cupof basil
- 1/2 cupof ricotta cheese
- 1 cupof tomatoes
Take a bowl, add fresh mozzarella and put it in a microwave for 20 to 30 seconds several times. Shape it up the sides of a bowl. Add some oil in another bowl and move your cheese there. Shape it. Take some little fresh basil and chop it. Add on top of the cheese. Next, add some ricotta cheese and wrap a little bit. Put the bowl in a fridge for a while.
Cut your tomato and put it in a bowl. Add some salt and toss.
Next, put your wrap on a plate. Top with cut tomato and add some chopped basil leaves.
