How to Cook Pork Chops

  • 2 cupsof pork chop
  • 1 cupof scallions
  • 1 cupof spinach
  • 1 cupof chili peppers
  • 1/5 cupof garlic
  • 1/4 cupof sugar
  • 1/2 cupof rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/2 cupof fish sauce
  • 1/5 cupof lime juice
  • 1/7 cupof sesame seed oil
  • 1/7 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof oil


  1. Take your pork and put it in a bowl. Add some soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, rice vinegar and some lime juice. Now, add some chopped scallion and marinate. Put it in a fridge for a while.

  2. Next, chop your scallions (avoid white parts) and put them in a bowl. Add rice vinegar (three tablespoons), fish sauce (two tablespoons) and some lime juice. Finally, sprinkle with some sesame seed oil. Add some salt.

  3. Preheat you pan and add some oil. Fry your pork for around 10 minutes (4-5 minutes on each side).

  4. Take another pan and add some oil. Preheat it. Put your spinach, fish sauce, sesame seed oil and salt. Later, add some cut garlic.

  5. Now, put your pork in the oven for 5 minutes. Next, take a plate and put some fried spinach on it. Add your pork and scallion salad.
