- 10 cupsof water
- 10 cupsof iced water
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1 cupof peas
First of all, prepare a bowl of ice water with a strainer.
Boil some water and add a little bit of salt there. Add there some fresh peas and wait for them to float. It usually takes about 30 seconds.
