- 1/3 cupof protein powder
- 3 cupsof milk
- 1/30 cupof food flavoring (if using unflavored protein)
Blend all your ingredients together until well for a while.
Pour the mixture in a bowl and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Repeat the same process for about 3 hours. Enjoy!
