  • 1/3 cupof all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cupof corn meal
  • 1 cupof mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cupof cooking spray
  • 1/2 cupof pizza sauce
  • 1/3 cupof peperoni
  • 2 cupsof pizza dough ball
  • 1/5 cupof parmesan cheese
  • 1/7 cupof oregano
  • 1/20 cupof black pepper
  • 1/10 cupof garlic powder

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Sprinkle a small amount of flour onto your cooking surface. This will keep the dough ball from sticking. Place your dough ball on top of the flour on the cooking surface. Begin to roll your dough ball in a circular pattern using your rolling pan. Roll your dough ball until it is slightly larger than your cooking pan.

  3. Spread corn meal over your pizza pan. Coat your pizza pan with cooking spray. Lift your dough off of your cooking surface and place it on a pizza pan. Work the dough at the corners of a pan using your hands. Be sure to work the dough until it fills a pan completely. Spread your pizza south on the dough. Leave one inch of dough around the edge of your pizza for crust. Add the desired amount of cheese to the pizza. You can as much or as little cheese as you want. Add a desired amount of peperoni to the pizza. Add spices such as garlic powder, black pepper, parmesan cheese and oregano.

  4. Place pizza in the oven. Cook it for 10 minutes. Then remove it from the oven. Using your pizza cutter cute your pizza into eight equal slices. Enjoy!
