  • 1 cupof chicken breast
  • 1 cupof steak
  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1 cupof mushrooms
  • 1 cupof cabbage
  • 2 cupsof zucchini and squash
  • 2 cupsof spinach
  • 1/8 cupof soy sauce
  • 1 cupof cooked rice


  1. Add a little bit of olive oil into 2 pans and fry there chicken breast and steak. Season it with pepper and soy sauce. Add dry parsley.

  2. While the meat is cooking, it is time for vegetables. Take a pot and put there spinach, zucchini and squash, cabbage, onions and mushrooms. Add a little bit of olive oil, pepper and parsley to taste. Add a little bit of soy sauce as well. Stir them. Add some garlic powder and mix again. Let it stir more. Then, add a cup of cooked rice and mix well.

  3. Once the vegetables are ready, add there steak and chicken. Mix it very well. Stir for a while and serve on a plate.
