- 2 cupsof cooked Basmati rice
- 1/7 cupof spring onion
- 1/7 cupof bell pepper
- 1 cupof mixed vegetables (broccoli, sweet corn and carrot)
Put your rice on the plate.
Add a little bit of paprika, a teaspoon of tomato sauce, a little bit of diced spring onion, diced bell pepper and mixed vegetables and mixed well with your hand.
Add a little bit of paprika and spring onion on top. Enjoy!
