Home Made Rice Salad

  • 2 cupsof cooked Basmati rice
  • 1/7 cupof spring onion
  • 1/7 cupof bell pepper
  • 1 cupof mixed vegetables (broccoli, sweet corn and carrot)


  1. Put your rice on the plate.

  2. Add a little bit of paprika, a teaspoon of tomato sauce, a little bit of diced spring onion, diced bell pepper and mixed vegetables and mixed well with your hand.

  3. Add a little bit of paprika and spring onion on top. Enjoy!
