Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof butter
  • 1/5 cupof white wine
  • 1/10 cupof fresh lemon juice
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 3/4 cupof egg yolks

Instructions

  1. It is super easy to make Hollandaise Sauce with the help of Thermomix.

  2. All you need is to combine all the ingredients there and set it for 6 minutes at 70 degrees. After 6 minutes you have already cooked Hollandaise sauce. Enjoy!
