Healthy Vegan Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof potatoes
  • 2 cupsof canned tomatoes
  • 3 cupsof beans
  • 1 cupof chopped onion
  • 1 cupof chopped celery
  • 1 cupof broth base
  • 1/10 cupof chili powder
  • 1/10 cupof cayenne pepper
  • 1 cupof red lentils
  • 1 cupof cinoa
  • 3 cupsof water

Instructions

  1. Take a pot and mix there potatoes, tomatoes, beans, onion and celery.

  2. Add there broth base and chili powder and cayenne pepper.

  3. Next, add red lentils and cinoa whick make chili thicker.

  4. Pour everything with water and place into crockpot.

  5. Set timer to 8-10 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.

  6. Your chili is ready, enjoy it. Serve it over rice.
