  • 3 cupsof coconuts
  • 2 1/2 cupsof activated nuts
  • 1 cupof almond meal
  • 1/4 cupof melted coconut oil
  • 1/8 cupof spices (cinnamon, ginger, stevia, vanilla bean powder)
  • 1 cupof chia seeds
  • 1 cupof almond milk
  • 1 cupof berries
  • 1/8 cupof spices


  1. For the first recipe, mix the coconuts, activated nuts, almond meal, coconut oil and spices into blender and blend it. Place the mixture into baking dish and spread it evenly. Press it all in. Put it in the fridge for an hour. Enjoy!

  2. For the second recipe, mix the chia seeds and almond milk. Chia seeds will soak all the milk overnight. Add there some berries and stevia and vanilla bean powder. Mix everything well and put into fridge overnight. Enjoy!
