  • For The Clean Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cupof pumpkin puree
  • 1/5 cupof maple syrup
  • 2 cupsof frozen bananas
  • 1/10 cupof pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/10 cupof pumpkin seeds
  • For The Apple Pie In An Apple
  • 1/10 cupof vanilla extract
  • 1/7 cupof grounded cinnamon
  • 1/7 cupof melted butter
  • 1 cupof apples
  • 1/7 cupof brown sugar
  • 1/3 cupof oats
  • For The Pumpkin Pie Energy Bites
  • 1/3 cupof oats
  • 1/10 cupof vanilla
  • 1/3 cupof pumpkin puree
  • 1/7 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/7 cupof pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cupof pitted dates
  • 1/10 cupof coconut


  1. For the clean pumpkin spice ice cream: take a food processor and add 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree, frozen bananas, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and two tablespoons of maple syrup.

  2. Blend the ingredients well. Garnish with pumpkin seeds.

  3. For the apple pie in an apple: take a bowl and add 1 tbs of brown sugar, melted butter and 1/3 cup of oats and mix.

  4. Next, add the cinnamon and vanilla and mix.

  5. Take your apple and cut the top off.

  6. Use a knife to take out the core and the inside part.

  7. Fill your apple with the prepared mixture.

  8. Microwave for about two minutes. Enjoy!

  9. For the pumpkin pie energy bites: take your food processor and add 1/2 cup of pitted dates, 1/3 cup of oats, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree with a few pumpkin seeds.

  10. Blend the ingredients carefully until it starts to form like it is one big ball.

  11. Grab a little bit of the mixture and form the balls.

  12. Garnish them with a little bit of coconut. Enjoy!
