  • 3/4 cupof desiccated coconuts
  • 2 1/2 cupsof activated nuts
  • 1 cupof almond meal
  • 1/4 cupof melted coconut oil
  • 1/20 cupof celtic sea salt
  • 1/20 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/20 cupof ginger
  • 1/20 cupof stevia
  • 1/20 cupof vanilla bean powder
  • 1/2 cupof chia seeds
  • 1 cupof almond milk
  • 1 cupof berries


  1. For the first dish, add desiccated coconuts, activated nuts, almond meal, melted coconut oil, celtic sea salt, cinnamon, ginger, stevia and vanilla bean powder to your blender and blend for 5 seconds. Next, put the mixture to a baking dish and press it all in. Put the dish in a fridge for at least an hour and then you cut it up.

  2. For the second dish , take a big bowl and mix chia seds, almond milk, berries, stevia, vanilla and celtic salt. Leave it in a fridge overnight.
