  • 3 cupsof bananas
  • 3/4 cupof eggs
  • 1/15 cupof baking powder
  • 1/5 cupof salt
  • 1/2 cupof milk
  • 2/3 cupof oats
  • 1/3 cupof butter
  • 1 cupof blueberries (or raspberries)
  • 2 cupsof kale
  • 1 cupof red pepper
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/5 cupof parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cupof strawberries
  • 1/2 cupof greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cupof vanilla almond granola cereal
  • 1 cupof carrots
  • 3/4 cupof apples
  • 1/5 cupof lemon
  • 1/2 cupof cilantro


  1. To prepare the pancakes, peel the two bananas, break them in halves and put in a blender. Add one egg, salt, baking powder, oats and milk and blend the mixture.

  2. Turn your stove on a medium heat and put some butter on your frying pan. Put the mixture from a blender to a pan and fry the pancakes. Finally, put the prepared pancake on a plate and add some blueberries.

  3. To prepare the vegetable frittata, finely chop kale and red pepper. Beat two eggs in a bowl and add a splash of milk, a dash of salt and pepper and whisk the ingredients. Add some butter on your pan, out it on medium heat and pour your mixture, vegetables and sprinkle your cheese. Cook until ready.

  4. To prepare the fruits and granola with yoghurt, cut up your strawberries and bananas. Take a bowl and add two tablespoons of your greek yoghurt, strawberries, bananas, blueberries and granola. Stir the ingredients.

  5. To prepare the green juice, cut up 3 apples, a carrot, cilantro, lemon and kale to feet a juicer. Juice all your vegetables and fruits.
