  • 1 cupof potatoes
  • 1/7 cupof oil
  • 1/7 cupof salt


  1. Take one big potato and peel it. Next, grate it. Let it soak for 15 minutes. Then, take it off and make sure it is dry and salty. Take some tin foil and fold it into a squashed circle. Heat up a pan with some oil. Fry your potatoes in the foil. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Enjoy!
