  • 1/8 cupof garlic
  • 1/2 cupof herbs (parsley, cilantro, mint or basil)
  • 1/2 cupof sundried tomatoes, prunes, or nuts
  • 1/4 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/6 cupof olive oil


  1. Chop 2 to 3 gloves of garlic. Next, add the leaves of herbs, it can be parsley, basil, cilantro, or even mint. Chop it all together. Then add some sundried tomatoes, prunes, or nuts. You can add all of these ingredients. You need to mash everything with a knife. Season it with salt and add lemon juice. Add olive oil to the mixture. Pesto is ready.
