  • 1 cupof tapioca
  • 1 cupof crushed ice
  • 1/2 cupof Nata de Coco
  • 1/2 cupof canned jackfruit
  • 1/6 cupof leche flan
  • 1/6 cupof ube
  • 1/4 cupof mango ice cream
  • 1/2 cupof milk


  1. Boil a cup of tapioka until it is ready. Crush the ice in a blender. Then, layer after layer add to the crashed ice red beans and sweet corn. Next, add nata de Coco, jackfruit, cooked tapioca, leche flan, and ube. Put some mango ice cream on top. Pour everything with a half cup of milk. Enjoy this refreshing summer desert!
