Hake in Green Sauce

  • 1 cupof shrimps
  • 5 cupsof hake fish
  • 1/5 cupof salt
  • 1/3 cupof onions
  • 1/3 cupof carrots
  • 1/3 cupof scallion
  • 1 1/2 cupof white whine
  • 1/7 cupof garlic
  • 1/4 cupof flour
  • 1/4 cupof dill
  • 1/7 cupof olive oil


  1. First, peel some shrimps. Next, take you hake and add some salt to it.

  2. take a big pan and fill it with water (around 1/2). Put the head and tail of your hake into the water and add half of an onion, some carrot, some of your shrimps and scallion. Add a glass of white wine. Let it simmer.

  3. Cut some garlic, dice some dill, and dip your hake pieces in a flour. Take a frying pan, add some olive oil and fry the garlic first. When it is brown, add the fish. Next add the rest of your shrimps. Add salt and white wine. Add a little bit of bullion from your pan. Cover the ingredients with diced dill. Let it stew for a while.
