- 2 cupsof pork tenderloin
- 1/5 cupof salt
- 1 cupof pineapples
- 1/2 cupof onions
- 1/2 cupof bell peppers
- 1 1/2 cupsof water
- 1/7 cupof butter
- 1/4 cupof mumbo sauce
- 1 cupof rice
Remove the fat from your pork and wash it. Sprinkle it with salt. Wrap it up and place it in a fridge for 20 minutes.
Take a bell pepper, cut it in half and take the seeds out. Take an onion, peel it and cut. You will also need 3 slices of pineapple.
First, grill your onions, bell peppers and pineapple. Slice them and put in a pot on the grill. Next, add your pork and grill it on a low grill heat.
take a pan and add one and a half cups of water, half a teaspoon of table salt and one tablespoon of butter. Bring the ingredients to a boil and add a cup of rice. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Next, put your pork on a direct grill heat. Cut it into cubes.
Take a plate, put some rice, cooked vegetables and put some pork on top. Drizzle on some mumbo sauce. Enjoy!
