Grilled Squid

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof squid
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 1/8 cupof chopped garlic
  • 1/15 cupof chili
  • 1/8 cupof brandy
  • 1/12 cupof salt
  • 1/12 cupof pepper
  • 1/10 cupof paprika
  • 1 cupof water
  • 1/2 cupof onion
  • 1/2 cupof red pepper
  • 1 cupof lettuce
  • 1/8 cupof vinegar

Instructions

  1. Clean the squid.

  2. Cut it by one side.

  3. Take a frying pan and add a little bit of olive oil.

  4. Put it on heat and add the chopped garlic and a piece of chili.

  5. Next, add the squid.

  6. Fry for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, depending on the size.

  7. Next, add a little bit of brandy.

  8. Add the salt and pepper.

  9. Remove the squid and add the paprika and a glass of water to a pan.

  10. Stir the ingredients.

  11. Clean the lettuce, onion and roasted red pepper and, cut them and put on a plate.

  12. Add the salt, vinegar and olive oil.

  13. Add the squid and sprinkle with the sauce from your pan. Enjoy!
