- 3 cupsof beef sirloin
- 2 cupsof flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 cupof sherry vinegar
- 1 1/2 cupof extra virgin olive oil
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 1/2 cupof garlic
- 1/4 cupof cumin seeds
- 1/4 cupof fennel seeds
- 1/2 cupof crushed red chilies
- 3 cupsof cherry tomatoes
Cut your meat and put into a plate.
Prepare you chimichurri sauce by blending garlic, flat leaf parsley, sherry vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, crushed red chilies, salt, pepper, cumin seeds and fennel seeds.
Cover your meat with your sauce.
Grill your meat for two minutes on each side or until crispy brown.
Take a bowl, add your cherry tomatoes and a little bit of olive oil.
Grill your cherry tomatoes as well.
Mix your cherry tomatoes with black pepper, parsley and salt.
Let your steak rest by covering it with foil in a plate.
Enjoy your meat with salad and sauce.
