- 1/4 cupof chili
- 1 cupof spinach
- 1 cupof creme
- 1/2 cupof evaporated milk
- 1/6 cupof chicken stock
- 1/4 cupof parmesan cheese
- 2 cupsof cooked pasta
- 1/10 cupof salt and pepper
Take a blender and put there chili, spinach, cream, chicken stock and evaporated milk.
Blend the misture into a sauce.
Take a serving plate and put there cooked pasta.
Add cooked sauce and mix well with pasta. Pasta should absorb all flavour of the sauce.
Add a little bit of cheese on top.
Put into the oven for 20 minutes to gratine.
