- 2 cupsof lettuce
- 2 cupsof baby spinach
- 1 cupof asparagus
- 1 cupof fennel
- 1/8 cupof mint
- 1/10 cupof seasalt
- 1/4 cupof shallot
- 1/3 cupof olive oil
Take a big bowl and mix there lettuce with baby spinach.
Next, peel asparagus and cut it into thin strips.
Cut fennel and peel into salad.
Add mint leaves, seasalt.
For dressing, grate shallot and add fresh lime juice.
Add it to the vegetable oil.
Serve a salad in a plate and do not forget dressing.
