Gluten Free Pizza

  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1/5 cupof ghee
  • 1/3 cupof pizza sauce
  • 1/3 cupof cut tomatoes
  • 1/3 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/3 cupof mushrooms
  • 1/7 cupof spinach leaves
  • 1/3 cupof cheese


  1. Take 4 eggs and beat them in a bowl. Whisk them up. Put your pan on a low heat. Add some ghee and pour your beaten eggs. Fry it on both sides until ready for a few minutes. Put your omelette on a board and add some pizza sauce, tomatoes, chopped onions, mushrooms, spinach leaves and some cheese on top. Put it under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
