- For Dough
- 2 1/4 cupof gluten free flour
- 1 cupof envelop Fleischmann's Pizza Crust Yeast
- 1/8 cupof sugar
- 1/20 cupof salt
- 2/3 cupof very warm water
- 1/5 cupof oil
- For Pizza
- 1 cupof cooked meat
- 1/2 cupof sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cupof pizza sauce
- 1/4 cupof diced onions
- 1/7 cupof basil leaves
- 1 cupof cheese
- 1/10 cupof olive oil
Take a bowl and combine 1 cup of flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
Add oil and water.
Mix until well blended for about 1 minute.
Add the remaining flour until soft dough ball is formed.
Knead it on a surface sprinkled with flour for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Form the pizza dough.
For pizza, add a little bit of olive oil, pizza sauce, cheese, meat, onion, tomato slices and basil leaves onto your pizza dough.
Bake in an oven at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
