Ingredients

  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1 cupof oil
  • 3/4 cupof coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cupof nuts
  • 1 cupof bananas
  • 1/2 cupof chocolate
  • 1 cupof flour
  • 1/3 cupof baking powder

Instructions

  1. Ad 4 beaten eggs, 1 cup of oil, 160 grams of coconut sugar, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of nuts and 100 grams of chocolate to a blender and blend for a minute. Then, add 200 grams of flour and 5 teaspoons of baking powder. Blend for 3 seconds 3 times.

  2. Take a cake form with a baking paper and pour the mixture in it. Put it into the oven at 350 degrees for about an hour.
