Gluten-Free Carrot Cake Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/2 cupsof filtered water
  • 1 cupof carrots
  • 1/2 cupof Vanilla Chai Vega One
  • 1/5 cupof gluten-free oats
  • 1 cupof banana
  • 1/10 cupof ginger
  • 1/10 cupof vanilla
  • 1/10 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/10 cupof allspice
  • 1/10 cupof chia
  • 1/10 cupof hemp
  • 1/10 cupof flax-seeds
  • 1/cupof ice

Instructions

  1. Add one and a half cups of filtered water, 1 cup of carrots (1 large or 2 small carrots), 1 scoop of Vanilla Chai Vega One, 2 tablespoons of gluten-free oats, 1 fresh or frozen banana, one teaspoon of ginger, one teaspoon of vanilla, one teaspoon of cinnamon, one teaspoon of allspice, 1 teaspoon of chia, one teaspoon of hemp, one teaspoon of flax-seeds and one cup of ice (if using fresh banana) to your blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with some shredded coconut to make it nice and pretty and then enjoy!
