  • 1 cupof pumpkin sauce
  • 2 cupsof rice flour
  • 1/15 cupof dry yeasts
  • 1 cupof sliced zucchini
  • 1 cupof sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cupof sliced onions
  • 1 cupof chopped pumpkins
  • 1/2 cupof corn
  • 1/2 cupof dairy free cheese


  1. Take a bowl and add rice flour, dry yeasts and some water to make the dough. When the dough is ready, spread it evenly over the cooking pan. Put in in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Next, spread the sauce over the dough. Add onions, mushrooms, zucchini, pumpkin pieces, some corn and some dairy free cheese. Put in in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
