Gingerbread Cookie Pie with Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce

  • 2 cupsof Pillsbury Gingerbread Cookie dough
  • 1/2 cupof butter
  • 1 cupof chocolate chunks
  • 1 cupof pumpkin ice cream
  • 1/7 cupof honey


  1. Grease your cast iron pan with some butter. Cut a piece of the dough and put in on a pan. Take a spoon and smooth the dough into the pan. Put the pan in an oven and cook at 350 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes.

  2. To make the chocolate sauce, pour in the chocolate chunks into the double boiler. Add a little bit of honey, two tablespoons of butter and a bit of cinnamon. Mix the ingredients and by the time the chocolate melts, the sauce will be ready.

  3. Take a generous scoop of ice cream and put in the center of the crust. Drizzle it with chocolate sauce in top.
