Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof eggs
  • 5/6 cupof sugar
  • 5/6 cupof unsalted butter
  • 5/6 cupof self-rising flour
  • 1/14 cupof baking powder
  • 1/14 cupof ginger

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl and whisk 4 eggs.

  2. Add 6 ounces of sugar, 6 ounces of unsalted butter, and 6 ounces of self-rising flour.

  3. Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of ginger.

  4. Preheat your oven.

  5. Mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon.

  6. Take a loaf tray and cover it with parchment paper.

  7. Add the mixture to your tray and bake for 25-30 minutes at 160 degrees. Enjoy!
