- 2 cupsof eggs
- 5/6 cupof sugar
- 5/6 cupof unsalted butter
- 5/6 cupof self-rising flour
- 1/14 cupof baking powder
- 1/14 cupof ginger
Take a big bowl and whisk 4 eggs.
Add 6 ounces of sugar, 6 ounces of unsalted butter, and 6 ounces of self-rising flour.
Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of ginger.
Preheat your oven.
Mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
Take a loaf tray and cover it with parchment paper.
Add the mixture to your tray and bake for 25-30 minutes at 160 degrees. Enjoy!
