  • 4 cupsof carrot
  • 1 cupof sugar
  • 1/2 cupof panner
  • 1 cupof milk
  • 1/2 cupof cream
  • 1/10 cupof saffron
  • 1/2 cupof dry fruits
  • 1/10 cupof butter


  1. Put some butter into the pan and add dry fruits. Roast them. Add grated carrot into there. Add some saffron together with milk. Next, add heavy cream. Cover the pan for it to cook well. Leave it for 10 minutes.

  2. After 10 minutes, add sugar and mix well. You need to cook it until all water evaporates. Now, add the panner and mix everything again. Cook it for another 10 minutes. Have a nice meal!
