  • 1 cupof creme
  • 1/6 cupof sugar
  • 1/20 cupof vanilla beans
  • 1/2 cupof white chocolate
  • 1/2 cupof butter
  • 1/4 cupof sugar
  • 1/8 cupof almond meal
  • 1/8 cupof egg yolk
  • 1 cupof flour
  • 1/4 cupof strawberries
  • 1/4 cupof raspberries


  1. Take a pan and add there creme, sugar and vanilla beans. Heat it over high heat until the creme just starts to boil. Then, pour it through the sieve into white chocolate. Mix it until the chocolate is melted and add some cold creme into it. Put the whole bowl into a fridge to chill for about an hour.

  2. Now, it is time to make biscuit. Mix the butter until it is soft and add sugar, egg yolk, and flour. Take 2 cooking sheets and put the dough between them and roll it. Cut the circles. Take off exceeded dough, roll it again and cut. Place it into the oven for 15 minutes.

  3. To make fresh sauce, put strawberries, raspberries and sugar into blender and blend it. Pour it through the sieve.

  4. Take a creme from freezer and whip it up and put into plastic bag.

  5. Take a glass and pour fresh sauce into the bottom. Then, pour a portion of creme and place biscuits and fresh berries on top of glass. Then, push into the center of the biscuit, so that it is crushed. Enjoy the dessert!
