Fruit Crumble Served with Vanilla Custard

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof pineapple
  • 1/2 cupof mango
  • 1/2 cupof apple
  • 1/2 cupof peach
  • 1/2 cupof pear
  • 1 1/2 cupof plain flour
  • 1/10 cupof nutmeg
  • 1/8 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/8 cupof mixed spice
  • 1/2 cupof brown sugar
  • 1/2 cupof unsalted butter
  • 1 cupof oats
  • 1/10 cupof vanilla
  • 2 cupsof custard

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add the plain flour, grated nutmeg, cinnamon, mixed spice, brown sugar, and unsalted butter and mix the ingredients well.

  2. Add one cup of oats and mix again.

  3. Place the cut fruits on a big plate and add the crumble on top.

  4. Preheat the oven and cook the cake for about 25 minutes.

  5. Pour the custard into a pot and add the cinnamon, mixed spice and vanilla. Enjoy!
