Fried Chicken Steak

  • 3 cupsof water
  • 4 cupsof chicken breasts
  • 1 cupof rice wine
  • 1 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/5 cupof grounded ginger
  • 1/5 cupof Thai spicy powder
  • 1/3 cupof brown sugar
  • 1/5 cupof Chinese barbeque sauce
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1 cupof corn starch
  • 2/4 cupof eggs
  • 2 cupsof sweet potato flour
  • 1 cupof breadcrumbs


  1. To make the marinade, add one cup of soy sauce, 4 cups of water, two tablespoons of grounded ginger, two tablespoons of Thai spicy powder, three tablespoons of brown sugar, two tablespoons of Chinese barbeque sauce, one tablespoon of salt and one cup of rice wine into a big bowl and mix all the ingredients. Add the chicken and let it stay in marinade for 30 minutes. Remove the chicken after 30 minutes.

  2. Add one cup of corn starch to the marinade and mix. Add three eggs and mix again.

  3. Take a cooking pan and add 2 to 1 ratio sweet potato flour and breadcrumbs. Mix them. Place the chicken into the marinade and then place it into the flour. Cover it all with the mix of sweet potato flour and breadcrumbs.

  4. Fry the chicken in frying oil for 6-7 minutes and then put it on a paper towel. Finally, add a little bit of salt and pepper.
