Fresh Fish Barbecued on a Bed of BBQ Rosemary

  • 1 cupof asparagus
  • 1/2 cupof rosemary
  • 1 cupof oyster mushrooms
  • 2 cupsof mahi-mahi fillet
  • 1/4 cupof thyme
  • 1/2 cupof lemon grass
  • 1/5 cupof garlic
  • 1 1/4 cupof lemons
  • 1/7 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof pepper
  • 1/7 cupof BBQ seasoning
  • 1/3 cupof white wine
  • 1 cupof red rose potatoes


  1. Slice your lemon and put it on a grill. Cover it with lemon grass, rosemary and mahi-mahi fillet. Put some asparagus, one lemon and some mushrooms near these ingredients.

  2. Cut your oyster mushroom in big slices and put them into a foil pan. Add some garlic, salt, pepper and BBQ seasoning. Next, add some white wine. Put your mushrooms on a grill.

  3. Cut your red rose potatoes and put them into a foil pan as well. Put the pan on a grill. Grill all the ingredients until ready. Enjoy your food!
