- 2 cupsof fresh cranberries
- 1 cupof sugar
- 1 cupof water
Take a big bowl, put there cranberries, sugar and water.
Put heat on high. Stir berries frequently as they cook.
Leave it to simmer and berries to cook. They will pop and it means that berries are fresh.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Then, put aside and let it cool down.
The mixture will thicken.
Store the sauce refrigerated until ready to use.
