- 1/4 cupof carrot
- 1/2 cupof bell pepper
- 2 cupsof mixed leaf salad
- 1 cupof apple
- 1/5 cupof spring onion
Take a big bowl and add your mixed leaf salad, cut bell pepper (green, yellow and red) and cut carrot.
Add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of ice cubes. Mix the ingredients. Let the salad chill.
Next, slice your apple into and add to a bowl.
Cut a little bit of spring onion and add to a bowl as well.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Serve on a plate without any salad cream. Enjoy!
